Please read this Agreement carefully before purchasing a ticket or attending any Sea Matches event.

Sea Matches organizes and hosts social networking and entertainment events aboard vessels operated by independent third-party charter companies. Sea Matches does not own, operate, captain, manage, maintain, or control any vessel used during its events.

Participation in any Sea Matches event is voluntary. By attending, you understand and accept the risks associated with boating activities, water transportation, social gatherings, entertainment events, and related activities, including but not limited to slips, falls, weather conditions, vessel movement, injuries, illness, and other unforeseen risks.

You agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Sea Matches LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, event staff, sponsors, partners, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation in any Sea Matches event, except where prohibited by law.

All vessels utilized for Sea Matches events are independently owned and operated by licensed charter companies. Sea Matches is not responsible for the operation, maintenance, navigation, safety procedures, staffing, or actions of any vessel operator or crew.

Sea Matches reserves the right to refuse boarding, deny admission, or remove any guest whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, illegal, excessively intoxicated, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate. No refund will be issued in such cases.

All guests must be twenty one (21) years of age or older to attend any Sea Matches event. A valid government issued photo ID is required for entry. Sea Matches reserves the right to deny boarding or admission to any guest who cannot provide acceptable proof of age. No refunds will be issued for failure to meet this requirement.

Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Sea Matches shall not be liable for any lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property.

You authorize Sea Matches personnel and/or vessel crew to seek emergency medical assistance on your behalf if necessary. You understand and agree that all medical costs and related expenses remain your sole responsibility.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing by Sea Matches. Sea Matches reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify an event due to weather conditions, safety concerns, vessel operator decisions, government regulations, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

By attending a Sea Matches event, you grant Sea Matches LLC permission to photograph, video record, and otherwise capture your image, likeness, voice, and appearance. You authorize Sea Matches LLC to use such materials for promotional, advertising, marketing, social media, website, and other business purposes without compensation.

By purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, checking an online acceptance box, signing electronically, or boarding the vessel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from participation in a Sea Matches event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Florida.
